Clinical diagnosis
A 53-year-old patient with end-stage periodontal disease of the upper and lower jaw, with tooth loss in the lateral region of the upper jaw.
Treatment
During the surgical intervention, the teeth of the upper and lower jaw were extracted, the alveoli were treated with the Helbo laser, implants were placed, and within 24 hours temporary work was obtained in the upper and lower jaw. After three months, we started prosthetic rehabilitation.
